Privacy policy

Last updated 11 October 2026.

This website belongs to The House of Edits, a creative studio in Bengaluru, India. This page explains what happens to the information you give us through the site. If anything is unclear, write to [email protected].

What we collect

  • What you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, company, website, the services you are interested in and your message.
  • Which form you used (for example the contact page or the home page), and the time it was sent.

We do not store your IP address with your enquiry. The server keeps it briefly in memory (about ten minutes, never on disk) to stop repeated automated submissions. The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. Your enquiry is emailed to our team and kept in a private file on our hosting account so that no message is lost. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with our business number, +91 91646 59370, with a suggested first message you can edit. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages are then handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Services we rely on

  • Hosting by Hostinger and content delivery by Cloudflare, which process standard request data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site securely.
  • Fonts from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts, and open-source scripts from public code libraries, which your browser loads directly.
  • An email delivery service to pass your enquiry to our inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for the conversation or project, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us at any time by writing to [email protected].
