Event marketing and media partnerships

Event marketing agency in Bangalore

Event organisers in Bengaluru bring in The House of Edits as their event marketing agency and media partner: we plan the promotion, artist announcements and sponsor visibility, then carry the campaign through the show itself. We were creative media partner for the Kailash Kher and Shreya Ghoshal concerts and for two editions of ISKCON Krishna Janmashtami at KTPO.

What we make

What we run as your media partner

  • Campaign phases set to ticketing

Announcement, early-bird, ticket reminders and final call, planned as one sequence so each creative lands before the sales push it supports.

  • Key art for the campaign

One key visual adapted to every poster, story, ticketing banner and stage screen, so the show is recognisable at a glance wherever people meet it.

  • Artist announcements and promos

Line-up reveals, countdown creatives and artist promo edits cut from approved footage, sized for every feed, story and screen you use.

  • Sponsor visibility

A placement plan for every partner across posters, promos and coverage, so sponsors receive material they can share with their own audiences.

  • Stage and venue communication

Screen loops, sponsor boards and on-site signage built from the same key art, so the venue matches the posters people saw online.

  • Coverage that feeds the campaign

As media partner we point the photography and filming on the night at what the campaign needs next: sponsor moments, crowd peaks and the clips that sell the following edition. Our event films and photography service covers that side in full.

  • Artist coordination

On the show properties we produce, we also coordinate with the performers, from artist announcements to promotional posters, as on Kannada Comedy Festival and Kannada Comedy Circuit.

How it works

From brief to delivery

What you receive

  • Campaign calendar mapped to ticketing dates
  • Key art and poster system
  • Artist announcement and countdown creatives
  • Artist promo edits in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9
  • Sponsor placement plan and sponsor-tagged creatives

  • Footage and stills set aside for the next edition
  1. The night's look and feel

We start with the organiser's goals, the audience and how the night should look and feel. That answer guides every creative after it.

  2. Campaign calendar

Phases, platforms and sizes are listed against ticketing and sponsor deadlines, and agreed with the organiser and artist teams.

  3. Creative kit

Key art, a poster system and promo templates are designed and approved first, so later announcements go out quickly and stay consistent.

  4. Build-up

Artist promos, posters and sponsor creatives roll out on the agreed dates, with the order adjusted to what the audience responds to.

  5. Show day

The campaign carries into the venue through stage graphics and sponsor placements checked against the plan, while the coverage team captures what the post-show content will need.

  6. After the show

Post-event glimpses go out in the days after the show, sponsors receive the material that shows their placements, and the strongest footage is set aside to open the next edition's campaign.

Budget

What decides the cost of an event campaign

  • Length of the build-upA long run of artist reveals and reminders needs far more creatives than a single announcement and a last call.
  • Size of the line-upEach artist adds promos, posters and their own approval round, and each platform adds its own sizes.
  • Sponsor commitmentsPromised logo placements, mentions and branded content have to be designed, filmed and shown back to the sponsor.
  • Paid promotionOrganic posting needs creatives and a calendar. A paid push adds ad versions, audience testing and reporting to the creative work.
  • Coverage in the packageWhen on-the-night photography and films are part of the media partnership, crew and edit time join the campaign scope; when the organiser has its own crew, we brief them instead.
  • Languages and citiesKannada and English versions, or one show running in more than one city, multiply the creative kit.

Questions

Before you ask

What does a media partner do for an event?

A media partner plans and produces the visual side of an event: promotion before it, coverage during it and content after it. On the Shreya Ghoshal concert that meant campaign communication, event creatives, coverage direction and post-event glimpses. The aim is one consistent story from the first announcement to the last highlight.

Who produces the concert itself?

On the Kailash Kher concert and Kannada DJ Night it was our sister company, Kalaluha, and we worked alongside it: Kalaluha organised the concert, with us as creative media partner and creative producer, and produced the DJ night, with us as creative partner. Our founder, Vaibhav B. Bharadwaj, is also Kalaluha's Creative Director. If you already have a production team, we join as your marketing and media partner.

How early should we bring you in?

Ideally before tickets go on sale, so the identity, artist promos and sponsor creatives are ready for the announcement. We can join a campaign that is already running, but the early phase is where the look of an event gets set.

Can you handle sponsor visibility?

Yes. We plan where each partner appears across creatives, promos and on-ground coverage, then brief the crew to capture it. At ISKCON Krishna Janmashtami, where Jana Small Finance Bank was title sponsor, our work included brand integration visibility alongside artist promos and highlight films.

Can you run the campaign for a recurring show or festival series?

Yes. Kannada Comedy Festival ran three seasons across two cities with us as creative producer, and Kannada Comedy Circuit is an ongoing property we produce. A series needs a visual system that stays recognisable from one edition to the next while each season still announces something new.
