Corporate films
Corporate video production company in Bangalore
Businesses, institutions and non-profits hire The House of Edits for corporate video production in Bengaluru: company films, explainers, product demos and CSR documentaries. We plan the interviews, film on site and finish the edit ourselves. Our work includes a corporate film for CME Environmental Systems and a documentary for Rotary Mysore Midtown in Mysuru.
What we make
Corporate films we make
Company and leadership films
A portrait of the business told through its founder, its people and its premises. Interviews carry the story and footage of the work backs it up.
CSR and impact documentaries
CSR video production for companies, foundations and service clubs: films that show what a programme has built and who it serves, made with care for the people on camera.
Explainers for technical products
Healthcare, engineering or software ideas laid out in a clear order, with interface graphics and callouts that show the product doing its job.
Product demos and how-to videos
Short step-by-step videos that walk customers through a real task in an app or service, so a support team can share a link instead of writing a long reply.
Institutional films
Films for universities, schools and institutions that need to show campus life, facilities and milestones to students, parents and partners.
Production support for agencies
Shoot, edit and motion graphics support for agencies that hold the client relationship and need a production and post-production team in Bengaluru.
Motion graphics and 3D inserts
Titles, lower thirds, data callouts and 3D product renders made in-house and cut into the film, so the graphics sit naturally with the footage.

How it works
From brief to delivery
What you receive
- Approved master film in 16:9
- Short edit for LinkedIn and email
- Vertical 9:16 and square cut-downs
- Subtitles for sound-off viewing on LinkedIn and office screens
- Textless master for adding other languages later
- Lower thirds and titles in your brand fonts
- Licensed music for the platforms agreed in the brief
- Poster frame for your website player and YouTube
Audience first
We decide which audience the film serves first: investors, new hires, customers or the community a CSR programme reaches. A film that tries to address all of them at once usually lands with none.
Story and interview plan
We draft the storyline, choose the voices, prepare interview questions and list the spaces and processes to film, then share it for sign-off by your brand or compliance team.
Site visit
A visit to the office, plant or campus settles light, sound, safety rules and the hours when operations can be filmed without holding up work.
Interviews and coverage
Interviews, facility footage and team coverage are filmed to the plan, with time kept aside for the moments that only appear on the day.
Review rounds
Each approver sees the rough cut and their notes are merged into one list, so brand, legal and leadership comments do not pull against each other. Graphics, music, the mix and the grade follow once the story and every speaker's words are signed off.
Cut-downs and handover
The approved master is cut into shorter edits and other aspect ratios for LinkedIn, events and your website, with subtitles where they are needed.
Budget
What decides the cost of a corporate film
- Sites and operating hoursFilming inside a working plant, lab or hospital means safety briefings, escorts and narrow windows when operations can be shown, and a second site or city adds travel on top.
- Speakers and presentersEach interview adds setup, filming and edit time, and a professional presenter or actor adds a fee and rehearsal.
- Graphics and 3DExplainers that depend on interface animation, data visuals or 3D product renders spend longer in post-production than films carried by footage.
- LanguagesA film for staff across regions or partners abroad may need subtitles or voice-over in several languages, each translated, checked and exported on its own.
- Review structureA film signed off by one person moves faster than one passing through brand, legal and leadership reviews. Agreeing who approves what at the start saves rounds later.
Questions
Before you ask
How long should a corporate film be?
Where it plays decides that. A company film for your website or a pitch meeting often works at two to four minutes, while LinkedIn and event screens suit shorter cut-downs. We plan the long version and the short ones together so the shoot covers both.
Can you make a CSR video for our programme or foundation?
Yes. CSR films suit a foundation, a company programme or a service club, and our Manasa Kuteera documentary for Rotary Mysore Midtown is one example. Any film that features beneficiaries, especially children, needs consent and an agreed approach to how they are shown, settled with your team before filming.
Can you film at a plant, lab or hospital with strict access rules?
Yes. We plan the shoot around your safety and access rules and the hours when operations can be filmed. The film for CME Environmental Systems combined interviews with facility documentation and team and operational coverage.
Can the same interviews serve our careers page and staff onboarding?
Usually, yes, if we know at the planning stage. Interviews can be filmed with enough coverage for a full company film, short clips for careers pages and LinkedIn, and a longer onboarding cut; what changes is the edit, not the shoot. Training that teaches a task needs its own step-by-step structure and on-screen text.
What should we prepare before the first call?
A line on the film's purpose, who will watch it and where, a list of possible speakers, your brand guidelines and any review steps your legal or compliance team needs. A rough budget range also helps us suggest a format that fits.

- Video productionThe complete guide to video production for businessesBusiness video production runs in five stages: choose the format from your goal and audience, plan it in pre-production, film to that plan, shape it in post-production, then receive a labelled set of masters and cut-downs. Most of a film's quality and cost is decided before the camera rolls, so planning deserves the most attention.
- Video productionCinematography basics for brand and corporate filmsCinematography decides five things in a brand or corporate film: what sits in the frame, which lens shows it, whether the camera moves, how light shapes it, and how much coverage the editor gets. Each choice changes what the viewer notices and believes, so each should follow the story, not habit.
- Video productionHow post-production works, from ingest to final deliveryPost-production turns shoot footage into a finished film in a fixed order: ingest and backup, an assembly of usable material, a rough cut for story, a fine cut for timing, then graphics, colour and sound once the picture is locked, followed by structured review rounds and a labelled delivery of the master and every version.
