Social media and reels

Social media marketing agency in Bangalore

At The House of Edits in Bengaluru, we plan, shoot and edit social content for brands, venues and creators: Instagram reels, YouTube Shorts, creator edits, social posters and animated sales reels. For Antera, Boozy Doozy, Juke Taproom and other taprooms across Bengaluru, we made reels, venue showcases, food and drink promos and event promotions.

What we make

What we make for your feed

  • Instagram reels production

We write the hook, film at your venue or location and cut vertical reels for a feed where people decide in a second whether to stay.

  • Reel editing from your footage

Send us the footage you have shot and we return finished reels with pacing, subtitles and a clean grade, ready to post.

  • Creator and personal brand edits

Thumbnail covers, subtitle styles, post layouts and a fixed colour and type system, so a creator's feed looks like one person made it. Templates keep that look intact when posting is frequent.

  • Influencer campaigns

Brand videos fronted by a creator or presenter, with marketing hooks devised for each brand and content shaped to represent both the brand and the presenter's personal style.

  • Social posters and festive creatives

Announcement posters, event creatives, festive posts and campaign visuals sized for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with story frames and reel covers in the same style.

  • Animated offer reels

Moving type and 2D animation that turn a static sale or seasonal offer into a reel people stop for, as portrait reels for social media and landscape promotional films.

  • Colour grading for short-form

Grading, denoising and log clean-up for footage that has to hold up on a phone screen, so wildlife, food or product keeps its real colour.

  • Social media strategy

Content themes, formats and a posting rhythm built around your audience, with every idea matched to a platform. It sits within our digital marketing work, which also covers performance ads and influencer marketing.

How it works

From brief to delivery

What you receive

  • Vertical reels at 9:16 (1080 x 1920) for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
  • Subtitled versions of each reel
  • Reel covers and thumbnail images
  • Feed posts and posters for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Story frames in the same visual style
  • Festive and announcement creatives
  • Portrait and landscape versions of animated offers
  • Colour-graded masters of your footage
  • Cover and post templates in your colours and type
  • A content plan with hooks and formats
  1. Account audit

We study your account, your audience and what similar accounts post, then agree what the feed is for: footfall, enquiries, a launch or a creator's growth.

  2. Plan and hooks

A content plan of themes and formats, with the opening line or first shot of each reel written before anyone picks up a camera.

  3. Look and templates

Cover style, subtitle treatment, type and colour are agreed at the start and saved as templates, so every post is recognisably yours and quicker to produce.

  4. Shoot

On-site filming of the venue, product, people and moments. Creators who film themselves can send us their raw footage instead.

  5. Edit and format

Cutting for pace, adding subtitles and graphics, grading, then exporting the right size and length for each platform.

  6. Review and adjust

You approve drafts before anything goes live. We note which reels held attention and carry that into the next plan.

A great support for my YouTube journey. During my 30-day challenge I needed daily edits, and the team delivered on time, every time. I've now worked with them for over a year and a half; they carefully listen to what I want, make the changes, and are so easy to work with. All the best for the future!

Budget

What decides the cost of social media content

  • Volume each monthThe number of reels, posts and stories is the main lever. A steady monthly batch is planned differently from a one-off launch push.
  • Shoot days or edit onlyFilming on location needs a crew, travel and time on site. Editing footage you already have takes the shoot out of the budget.
  • Locations and peopleEach extra venue, product set or presenter adds planning and filming time. A campaign fronted by a creator also needs a script written around their voice.
  • Motion graphicsAnimated offers, moving typography and 2D sales reels need more design time than a straight cut.
  • Turnaround rhythmDaily edits through a challenge or a launch week need people kept free for your account, which costs more than a relaxed weekly schedule.
  • State of the footageMaterial shot in log, in low light or on mixed cameras needs grading and denoising before it can be cut.

Questions

Before you ask

Do you shoot reels, or only edit footage we send?

Both. For the Bengaluru taprooms and the RJ Punitha Acharya campaigns we planned and filmed on site. For Mohan Thomas we worked from his own raw wildlife clips, grading them and cutting them into reels. One brief can mix the two.

Are you a content creation agency or a production house?

We are a Bengaluru creative studio, so the answer is both: we decide what a feed should say, then film, edit, grade and animate it in-house. That matters for reels, where an idea often changes once it is on camera and the editor needs to know why it was shot.

Can you work with a creator or influencer on our campaign?

Yes. Influencer marketing is part of our digital marketing work. In our campaigns with RJ Punitha Acharya, each video was developed around the brand's message and audience, and the result represented both the brand and her personal style.

Which platforms do you make content for?

Reels are edited for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. Posters and campaign visuals are sized for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn feeds, with stories and reel covers to match. Each platform gets its own format rather than one file stretched to fit.

How quickly can you turn edits around?

We agree a rhythm before work starts instead of promising a number, because volume and the brief decide it. We have handled daily edits for a creator through a 30-day challenge, and Aashika Gowda describes that in her own words on our Wall of Love.
