Motion graphics and 3D

Motion graphics and 3D studio in Bangalore

Motion graphics and 3D visuals from The House of Edits, a Bengaluru studio, cover 2D campaign animation, explainer graphics, 3D product renders and architectural visualisation for retail, healthcare, technology and real estate brands, and for agencies needing a production partner. Our 2D visuals and 3D renders for Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple in Melbourne helped communicate its proposed design to stakeholders.

What we make

What we animate, model and render

  • 2D campaign and sales animation

Animated films for campaigns, seasonal offers and retail promotions, built on your brand guidelines and cut for every screen you post to, from a mall display to a phone.

  • Explainer and interface graphics

Screen elements, system graphics and text callouts layered over product walkthroughs, so a feature makes sense without a long voice-over. For FTA Global we created clinical UI graphics for Sigmoid and instructional text callouts for Tata Play Fiber demo reels.

  • Titles and graphics for films

Kinetic type, lower thirds, end cards and graphic styling planned as part of a brand, corporate or celebration film. Motion graphics integration and visual styling were among the services we delivered, alongside editing and post-production, on Hombale Films' official one-year celebration film for Kantara: A Legend.

  • 3D product rendering

Modelled, textured and lit packshots of products and packaging for websites, listings, catalogues and launch posts. Renders also help when the product is not ready to photograph, or when every pack in a range must look consistent.

  • 3D architectural visualisation

Renders that show a temple, a layout or a building before it exists, for boards, buyers, supporters and community members who cannot read a drawing set.

  • 2D master plans and presentation boards

Master plan visuals and stakeholder presentation assets drawn in the same visual language as the renders, so the whole proposal reads as one document.

  • Interactive 3D for websites

Compressed 3D models that load in the browser and can be turned, tapped and explored, designed and built by the same team that makes our websites.

How it works

From brief to delivery

What you receive

  • Animation masters in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1
  • Text-free master for new offers or languages
  • High-resolution still renders for print and web
  • Product renders on transparent backgrounds
  • Stakeholder presentation boards and PDF decks
  • 2D master plan artwork
  • Optimised GLB models for websites
  • Editable project files, where agreed in scope
  1. Source files

We gather the message, the platforms and every reference you hold: brand guidelines, dielines, architectural drawings, CAD files, photographs and screen recordings.

  2. Script and styleframes

For motion we write the on-screen copy and design a few key frames that fix type, colour and pace. For 3D we agree camera angles, materials and the mood of the light.

  3. Animatic or clay pass

A rough animatic with timing and guide audio, or untextured clay renders of the model, lets you approve movement and composition while changes are still quick to make.

  4. Build

We animate the full piece or texture and light the scene, checking proportions, finishes and labels against the drawings and samples you supplied.

  5. Review

You comment on timecoded links or marked-up stills, and we work through each round of feedback against the agreed brief.

  6. Render and deliver

We render at final resolution, add sound design or image enhancement, and export every aspect ratio and format on the delivery list.

Budget

What decides the cost of motion graphics and 3D work

  • Running timeAnimation is built second by second, so a short offer reel and a two-minute explainer are very different jobs, even in the same style.
  • Style and complexityFlat 2D animation with type and icons takes less time than detailed illustration, character animation or full 3D scenes.
  • Quality of source filesAccurate drawings, CAD models or dielines shorten modelling. Working from photographs or sketches adds modelling and approval time.
  • Level of realismPhotoreal materials, landscaping, people and night lighting take longer to build and render than clean clay or stylised looks.
  • Voice and soundA recorded voice-over, licensed music and custom sound design each add to the scope; a type-led piece set to a library track needs none of them.
  • InteractivityA 3D model that visitors explore on a website needs optimisation and development work beyond still renders or a film.

Questions

Before you ask

Should our explainer be 2D motion graphics or 3D animation?

2D suits services, software, processes and offers, where type, icons and interface graphics carry the message. 3D suits physical products, devices and buildings that people need to see from several angles. Many projects mix the two, for example a 3D product shot finished with 2D callouts.

Can you render a product before it is manufactured or photographed?

Usually, yes. With the pack dimensions, dieline and print artwork we can model the pack and apply your artwork to it, then light it for the website, listings or launch posts. If a physical sample exists, we use it to check colour and finish.

What do you need from us for architectural visualisation?

Plans, elevations and sections, or a 3D model from your architect, plus material references, site photographs and the views you want to show. On the Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple project we began by studying the architectural references and project requirements before developing the renders.

How many rounds of changes are included?

We agree review checkpoints in the brief rather than an open-ended number of rounds: styleframes or clay renders first, then the animatic, then the full build. Comments cost least at the early checkpoints, before anything is animated or lit in detail.

Can you also shoot and edit the film around the graphics?

Yes. Our in-house team handles production from pre-production to final delivery, so the graphics can be planned alongside the shoot and the edit. On the Sigmoid and Tata Play Fiber projects for FTA Global, motion graphics support was delivered alongside our video editing and post-production work.
