Private AI-led digital agency, India, 2026

NAROZ.ai

A quiet front door for a private AI agency

NAROZ.ai is a private digital agency for founders, creators, HNIs and private brands, now building in private beta. We built its launch page as a dark, slow, single-page experience with a cursor-reactive vector wave, a decrypting status line and an application flow in place of a contact form, all in about 42 KB of hand-written code.

The brief

What NAROZ.ai needed

NAROZ.ai, a venture co-founded by Vishal R S and our founder Vaibhav B Bharadwaj, needed a first web presence that reads as a private digital office rather than a mass-market agency. The developer brief asked for a minimal, classy, sci-fi feel: dark mode first, slow and elegant motion, a light page that stays fast on phones, application-style entry for prospective clients instead of a generic contact form, and a discreet, separate route for investors. The copy had to create curiosity without over-selling.

The ideology

A private agency should feel like a quiet room, not a shop window, so we kept the page dark and spare and let one moving wave carry the atmosphere.

  • Restraint over volume

One idea per screen, generous spacing and a single violet accent with cyan as its echo, so nothing competes with the message.

  • Motion with a reason

Slow drifting light, an eased wave that follows the cursor and one decrypt moment on the status line. Nothing moves just to show off.

  • Access, not enquiry

Visitors apply for early access or request investor access, in line with the brief's invite-only positioning.

  • Light by construction

No framework, no photography, no build step: the whole page is hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

How it came together

  1. Brief

NAROZ's developer brief (June 2026) set the tone in four words: minimal, classy, sci-fi, private. It asked for dark mode first, Apply for Access in place of Contact, and a confidential investor route.

  2. Direction

We turned 'private AI lab meets luxury concierge' into a near-black ground (#09090c) with an electric violet (#5b4cff) and cyan (#1cc1df) pair, General Sans for headings and body, and JetBrains Mono for small labels and roles.

  3. Design

A centred, spacious layout: hero line 'Built for people with more to build than time to manage', a COMING SOON status block, three service pillars (AI-Led Content, Strategy, Digital Systems), the founders, and a closing 'Quiet Luxury. Sharp Execution.' call to action.

  4. Build

Hand-coded in HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript: a Canvas 2D vector wave that bends towards the pointer, a letter-by-letter decrypt on the status headline, IntersectionObserver scroll reveals, a token-based dark and light theme, and two frosted-glass modals for early access and investor access.

  5. Launch

Live at naroz.ai over HTTPS on Hostinger with Cloudflare in front, with plain HTTP redirecting to the secure domain. The page announces the private beta and that early slots are offered on a rolling basis.

Under the hood

Development and technology

  • HTML5, CSS and vanilla JavaScriptThe whole site is three hand-written files (index.html, style.css, app.js) with no framework or build step, which keeps it small and fast on phones.
  • Canvas 2D APIDraws three layered sine waves in violet and cyan, joined by fine lines and dots, that ease towards the visitor's cursor as a living background.
  • IntersectionObserverReveals sections as they scroll into view and triggers the decrypt animation on the COMING SOON headline.
  • CSS custom properties with data-themeDefines full dark and light colour token sets so one toggle recolours text, surfaces, gradients and the canvas.
  • localStorageRemembers each visitor's dark or light theme choice between visits.
  • CSS animations, blur filters and backdrop-filterDrifting blurred gradient meshes, a flowing gradient on the status headline, a vignette and SVG noise grain, plus the frosted navigation bar and modals.
  • Fontshare and Google FontsServe General Sans (main typeface) and JetBrains Mono (labels, numbering and roles).
  • Hostinger (LiteSpeed) behind CloudflareHosting and edge delivery, confirmed by the platform: hostinger, x-turbo-charged-by: LiteSpeed and server: cloudflare response headers.

Details worth a visit

Open naroz.ai
  • A wave that follows you

A canvas background of three layered violet and cyan waves, stitched together with hairline connectors and small dots, bends gently towards the cursor with eased motion.

  • COMING SOON, decrypted

The status headline resolves from random characters letter by letter when it scrolls into view, replays every eight seconds while on screen, and carries a slow violet to cyan gradient.

  • Two themes, one toggle

Dark is the default, with a fully designed light theme a click away in the navigation. The canvas, gradient mesh and every surface recolour, and the choice is remembered.

  • Apply, do not enquire

Apply for Early Access opens a frosted modal that asks for brand, city and client category (Founder, HNI, Creator, Luxury Brand, Startup or Other), matching the brief's private, invite-only tone.

  • A discreet investor route

A separate Investor Access modal, labelled Confidential, asks only for name, firm or family office and email to request the prospectus.

  • Featherweight by design

The entire page, styles and scripts come to about 42 KB of hand-written code, with no images and no framework.
